We are committed to paying every invoice presented for each case by MAP Dental Lab. We are obliged to inform you of any changes to the legal documents submitted with this contract.

We are required to notify you in writing if we change the address listed in this contract for our business location. We are also obliged to inform you if we change the approved doctors in our clinic who are authorized to send cases to your lab or the authorized signatory.

Shipping: A fee of SAR 35 will be charged per box in each direction (within Saudi Arabia, excluding Jeddah). Shipping fees for international orders vary. Confirmed orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Terms: All accounts must be settled within 15 days of the statement date. Accounts not settled within the mentioned terms will be suspended.
